– Unpaid leave: KL
– Maternity: TS
– Stop work: N
– Accident: T
– Meaningful labor case: Labor
- Instructions for filling out the timesheet
– Columns A, B, C: fill in the serial number, full name and corresponding position of each employee in the department/division.
– From column 1 to column 31 (in the range “Days of the month”): corresponding to the days of the month, the timekeeping is carried out by filling in the symbols mentioned above.
– The following columns “Number of work hours receiving product salary”, “Number of work hours receiving time salary”, “Number of work hours receiving 100% salary”, “Number of work hours receiving …% salary”, “Social Insurance Benefit Number” corresponds to the number of days the employee has taken off in the month, including unpaid leave, holidays and vacations.
– “Total” row: fill in the total salary benefit (including vacation if any) of each employee in the month.
The timekeeping department will base on the data filled in from the days throughout the month to make a salary sheet for employees.
